Incredible bioluminescent tour and beautiful cabana.

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with stunning views.
I was disappointed when I found out there were limited options for evening entertainment, and the restaurant closed too early at 8 PM. The staff struggled with English, making communication challenging, especially when I had an issue with my return boat transfer. On the day of departure, the recommended boat service neglected to pick us up, causing a significant amount of stress and nearly ruining our travel plans.

The snorkeling right off the shore was unbeatable. you could just swim out to see the beautiful sea life. The cold water jacuzzi on our back porch was a nice way to unwind, despite some issues with it. However, the constant loud music during the day from the beach club really took away from the relaxed vibe we were hoping for. It was a bummer that the restaurant had limited options in the evening, and the staff often seemed to prioritize day guests over hotel visitors during meals.

Crystal clear waters and picturesque views made mornings truly relaxing, especially while enjoying the Tuscan bread at breakfast. The bioluminescent tour was a standout experience, as well as the snorkeling right off the hotel. However, the evening dining options were disappointingly limited, and the constant loud music from the beach club disrupted the serene atmosphere we sought. While many staff members were friendly, the level of service was inconsistent, affecting the overall experience.

Beautiful Location with Some Drawbacks
The panoramic sea views were stunning, but the hot room made it challenging to relax. Food options felt overpriced compared to nearby Cartagena. If you're a hotel guest, be prepared for outdoor dining. The beach club attraction is lovely, but expect less attention as a hotel visitor. Bring extra water!

Perfect for solo chill seekers
The location is gorgeous , a paradise in the middle of the sea, I had a private cabana that was lovely and made me feel very peaceful on the island. The staff in the mornings were super kind , always getting me breakfast even if I was late , that’s pretty sweet.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but I guess you pay for paradise.

A stunning location with calm, beautiful waters made for a serene getaway. The private cabana added a luxurious touch, and the breakfast service exceeded expectations, particularly from the friendly morning staff. However, the music played during the day was sometimes disruptive, especially when the volume was uncomfortably loud. A few staff members were exceptionally attentive while others were less accommodating, leading to an uneven experience.
